ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to execute the work as per the work order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings A5/1759/2015 dated 12.02.2016.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the work order was issued on 12.12.2016, the work has not been completed and is getting delayed.

3.The 2nd respondent / the Commissioner of Panchayat Union, Valliyoor has filed a counter affidavit that there was a delay on the part of the contractor, however, the work was completed on 17.07.2016.

4.Recording the counter affidavit of the second respondent, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
