PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in order in Ref.No.TN/SROTRY/PDC/PC/C-15/32785/7QPROC/2016 dated 03.10.2016 for Rs.2,26,744 (Rupees Two Lakh Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Four Only) passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to accept the remaining outstanding determined amount in the above impugned order in 24 equal installments. 1/4

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking indulgence of this Court to permit the petitioner to pay the interest amount levied by respondent under Section 7Q of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provident Funds Act in 24 equal monthly installments. 2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel on either side submits that the amount has already been paid by the petitioner institution.
