The petitioner is having an objection with regard to the construction of a Hostel in front of the petitioner's house and submitted a representation and filed this writ petition in the year 2017.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent has attempted to put up a Ladies Hostel in front of the petitioner's house and that may cause inconvenience to the petitioner.

3.Today(07.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the construction has already been completed and the Hostel is also functioning in the said place. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed.
