ORDER

Mr.P.P.Alwin Balan, learned counsel representing Mr.H.Arumugam, counsel on behalf of petitioners is before this Court. 2.Petitioners' counsel in this Contempt Petition advert to complaint given to the police authorities being complaints dated 28.08.2019 (page Nos.32 & 33 of the typedset of papers forming part of the case file), submits that complaints have since been activated and order dated 23.07.2018 of this Court in C.M.P(MD)No.5436 of 2018 in S.A.No.1619 of 2000 is now being complied with and adhered to by all the parties concerned.

3.This is recorded and instant Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
