O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members and her properties, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the fifth respondent has conducted enquiry and on enquiry, the petitioner participated in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22314 of 2018 the enquiry and stated that she did not want to take further action as against the respondents 6 and 7 and hence, the complaint was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on a fresh cause of action, if so advised.
