ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents to disburse compensation amount for the damage caused to the bee hives and colonies due to the Ockhi cyclone, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 28.11.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
