ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to conduct survey in respect of the property situated in Survey No.197/7, Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his application dated 26.07.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.G.Vishnuran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), appearing for the third respondent. Since no adverse order is passed

against the respondents 4 to 6, notice to them is dispensed with. . 3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.According to the petitioner, the subject property is his ancestral property and the patta for the same stands in the names of the petitioner and two others in Patta No.2112. The petitioner submitted an application on 27.06.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/13/013420, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 27.06.2025 and pass final

orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattadhars, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
