[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ petition has been instituted seeking to quash the order dated 10.05.2019, passed by the fifth respondent, granting permission to the seventh respondent to construct over bridge to have access to his agricultural

lands.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 & 4 to 6, on instructions, submitted that over bridge has already been constructed.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner has to approach the authority concerned for redressal of his grievance.
