This Criminal Original petition filed under Section 439[1b] of cr. P.C., praying this Court to modify the condition that the Petitioners/A5 and A6 are directed to appear and sign before the Respondent Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.2657 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Session Court, Dindigul, dated 18/08/2022.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M. Karunanithi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M. Veeranthiran, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15871 of 2022 on 02.09.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
