ORDER
The order passed by the District Revenue Officer under the Patta Pass Book is under challenge.
2.The District Revenue Officer by referring the civil suit pending between the parties has passed an order restoring the patta to its original name and has also directed the parties to work out their remedy before the civil Court in OS.No.604 of 2010, which is pending on the file of the Sub Court, Usilampatti. Since the suit is of the year 2010 and the same is pending for the past 13 years, this Court without expressing anything on the merits of the matter, disposes of this writ petition with a direction to the Sub Court, Usilampatti to dispose of case in OS.No.604 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The parties are expected to co-operate for early disposal of the above case and based on the outcome of the civil suit, they can work out their remedy. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.10.2023 dsk 2/4
