Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders to transfer the petitioner from Panchayath Union Middle School, Rajagopalapuram, Tiruchuli Block, Virudhunagar District to Panchayath Union Middle School, Keelakaranthai, Pudur Union, Tuticorin District as BT Assistant (Science) Teacher or any other School in Tuticorin District in view of the Letter (Ms).No.92/S/09 dated 22.07.2009 of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (S) Department and also considering the petitioners representation dated 25.06.2019 within the time.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order, dated 02.07.2019, made in W.P.(MD) No.14709 of 2019, has been duly complied with and to that effect, a copy of the proceedings, dated 08.11.2019, passed by the respondent, has been produced before this Court.

3. The aforesaid proceedings is taken on record and the contempt petition is closed.
