Joint Registrar of Co-operative Socities vide G.O(Ms)No.110 Cooperative, Food and Consumer Protection Department (CE1), dated 29.09.2022 in concerned with serial numbers from 15 to 21 alone and quash the same as illegal and devoid of merits and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to prepare seniority list for the post of Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies based on merit as per the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Bimlesh Tanwar Vs. Haryana and Others reported in 2 (2003) 5 SCC 604 and in Civil Appeal No.4954 of 2016 in S.L.P (C) No.2890-2894 of 2016, dated 21.01.2016 and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner name in Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies panel for the year 2021-2022 as per the rules in force.
