The petitioner has assailed an order dated 03.12.2015 of the first respondent by which he was removed from the position of the President of the relevant Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner passed away after the institution of the writ petition.

3. In view of the subject of the writ petition and the nature of relief claimed therein, nothing survives for adjudication upon the demise of the petitioner. By taking note of these developments, W.P(MD).No.102 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.
