Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 5th respondent Ku.No.95/2018/ENiVu / dated 12/03/2018, and quash the same and further direct the 5th respondent to consider the certificates submitted by the petitioner as proof of legal heirship to the deceased P.Sivakumar, the brother of the petitioner and place him in the job of Gang Mazdoor (Salai Paniyalar) or any other similar post on compassionate grounds.
