2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing cases, Judicial Magistrate No.I(FAC), Tirunelveli, in D.NO.719/2022 , Dated 26.03.2022, and this court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in D.V.O.P.No.13 of 2019. 2.This Court, by order, dated 15.12.2021 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in D.V.O.P.No.13 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further two months time to dispose of the said case.
