PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to accept the surrender of the Petitioners before the Special Court for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, ie., the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Trichy, in connection with Crime No.364 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent police and to consider the bail application filed by the Petitioners on the same day. 1/4

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act at Trichy to consider the Petitioners' bail application on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.364 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioners have no previous case. He would further submit that the injured had been discharged from the hospital.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with the following conditions:- 2/4
