ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to initiate surcharge proceedings as against the fifth respondent, based upon the audit objection report.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent submits that already surcharge proceedings have been initiated and it has culminated in a surcharge certificate as against the fifth respondent. He also pointed out that directions have been issued as against the fifth respondent for remitting the financial loss. Since the request made by the writ petitioner has already been complied with, there is no necessity for issuing a writ of Mandamus.
