O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking mandamus to delete the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet records.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the History Sheet records on 22.08.2016, based on the representation given by the petitioner the same was communicated long back and the letter communicating the deletion of name from the history sheet record is produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.By perusing the said communication dated 03.06.2016, this Court find that nothing survives in the writ petition. Hence the writ petition stands dismissed as infructous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
