PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the order as passed on 09.03.2016 under reference dated 09.03.2016 made in No.TN/NGL/55457/Recy /8F/2016 passed by the 1st respondent in pursuance of the primary order dated 09.03.2016 made in No. TN/NGL/Enf/Circle 32/55457/2016 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same.

This matter earlier came up for consideration on 07.02.2025 and the same was adjourned while directing the learned counsel appearing for respondents to get information about the latest position of the petitioner's PF account.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that the petitioner has paid the entire outstanding dues in respect of the petitioner establishment and the attachment that was ordered in the

bank account of the petitioner was also released and therefore, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
