[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 20.06.2023, made in W.M.P.(MD) No.12023 of 2023 in W.P. (MD) No.14176 of 2023.

2. The respondent - Bank previously known as Gruh Finance Limited has been notified as a Financial Institution by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, for invoking the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for brevity, "SARFAESI Act"). Hence, there is no impediment for the respondent - Bank / secured creditor to proceed with the action under the SARFAESI Act. Thus, no contempt proceedings need to be entertained.
