This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide necessary protection to the petitioner to carry out the petitioner's business of drawing and selling water from the petitioner's land at Survey No.548(1B), 593(2), Sethukkuvaidhan Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2.Today(07.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
