This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order issued to the petitioner in letter No.1/2016 dated 07.05.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the suspension order issued to the petitioner has been revoked on 21.08.2019.

3. In view of the above, the issue involved in the writ petition has become infructuous and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
