ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.203 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 279 and 304 A of IPC. The petitioner is said to have driven the ill-fated bus. The learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated all the contentions set out in the memorandum of grounds.

2.Since they are contentious in nature, I am not in a position to consider the same. Leaving open all the contentions and defences of the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
