ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging an order passed in I.A. No. 1 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.No. 363 of 2021 dated 07.06.2022 and on the file 1/4
of the Family Court, Camp @ Padmanabapuram, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, wherein the application seeking to set aside the ex parte order, had been allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1500/- as cost to the respondent.
