ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 25.07.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the representation of the petitioner was numbered as CSR.No.1052 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 and after making an enquiry, it was revealed that the compound wall belonging to the petitioner was damaged on account of rain, thereby the representation of the petitioner was closed.

3.Since the police have already closed the representation of the petitioner after making due enquiry, no further orders can be passed in this petition. However, in case if the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent police, he is at liberty to approach the learned Magistrate concerned and file a complaint under 200 Cr.P.C., 2/4
