2.It is seen from the records that the 3rd respondent School comes under Diocese, Kanyakumari. It is a private aided minority institution. The appointments in the private aided minority institution is within the domain of the institution. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

3.Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
