ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime 1/4
No.115 of 2024, dated 03.08.2024 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,25.09.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent police, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.571 of 2024 and the same is pending on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathiram.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
