PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to refund the amount of Rs.99,000/- with interest to the account of the petitioner in account No.6235305377, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2016 within a specified period as may be fixed by this Court. This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to refund the amount of Rs.99,000/- with interest to the petitioner's Account No.6235305377, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2016. 2.On 09.02.2023, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 10.02.2023, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (10.02.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
