This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first Respondent herein to register the First Information Report as per the order made in Cr.M.P.No.16351 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirapalli dated 29.07.2022 within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy to direct the first Respondent to register the case against the Respondents 2 and 3 and proceed with the investigation. The petition filed by the Petitioner was allowed by the learned Magistrate.

3. Based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.16351 of 2022 the respondent police conducted enquiry and in the enquiry it is revealed that the cause of action stated between the Petitioner herein and the Respondent are borne out of civil dispute. Therefore they closed the petition and also sent a report to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy.
