This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to complete the enquiry in pursuant to the notice issued by the second respondent by considering the petitioner's representations dated 13.05.2016 and 21.05.2016. 2.Today(24.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents by referring the written instructions, which he has received from the Deputy Registrar, Trichy submits that action has been taken as against the Board of Directors of M.M.348, Koundampatti Primary Agriculture Co-operative Credit Society Limited, Koundampatti, Tiruchirappalli District as early as on 15.05.2017.
