ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to consider her representation dated 30.09.2019 and to disburse the accident benefit amount arising out of the death of her son, Aravinth, under Policy No. 758150896, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the respondent is ready to pay the accident benefit amount to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to disburse the said amount to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
