PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the impunged order in Na.Ka.No.4660/f4/09 dated 20.03.2010 on the file of the First Respondent and quash the same insofar as granting approval for promotion to the post of Director of Physical Education in the third respondent college to the petitioner only with effect from 2010-2011 academic year instead of 03.10.2005 i.e., the date of promotion of petitioner.
