ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation to the fourth respondent for fair investigation and file a final report in Crime No.14 of 2024, pending before the third respondent herein within the stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.6, Madurai through e-filing.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have not conducted any investigation with regard to the 2/4

Government officials, who were involved in the offence. He would further submit that the petitioner may be given liberty to file an application seeking further investigation after coming to know about the contents of the final report and after taking, the final report on file.

4. Recording the submissions made on either side, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
