The petitioner, with a grievance that his application dated 01.11.2018 submitted for conducting survey and demarcation of land by fixing boundary stones, in Survey No.156/4A1A1, situated at Ottipidaram Taluk, Sinthalakattai Village, Tuticorin District, has not been considered sofar, has filed this writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on the written instructions, submits that survey was conducted on 01.12.2023.
