This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to impugned order, dated 24.02.2017, on the file of the respondent no.1 and to quash the same as illegal to the extent of providing that the petitioner and consequently, to issue a direction, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner for the Post of Nurse in the category of Schedule Caste Aurnthathiyar (SC-A) community in the 2015 year recruitment with consequential benefits.

2.Pending writ petition, the petitioner was appointed from the waiting list, vide appointment order, dated 30.05.2017. 3.Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
