ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take suitable action as against the act of excommunication done by the respondents 4 to 14 by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 03.08.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The petitioner lodged a complaint on 03.08.2019 alleging that the respondents 4 to 14 scolded him and also threatened him with dire consequences. They also threatened him that the petitioner and his family members being ex-communicated from their village. The fourth respondent being the Community president, he did not objected the same and on the other hand he also supported the respondents 5 to 14 herein. In this regard, the third respondent conducted enquiry on 15.07.2019 and recorded the submission of all the rival parties. Finally, the third respondent concluded that no truth is found in the petitioner's complaint. Further, the petitioner refused to give statement before the third respondent. Therefore, the complaint was closed and the closer report was filed on 15.09.2019. In fact, an earlier complaint lodged by the petitioner before the third respondent dated 20.07.2019, he gave statement before the third respondent that he will not do any illegal activities as such by the respondents 4 to 14 herein.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
