ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for issuance of patta in his name has not been considered by the first respondent. Therefore, he filed this writ petition in the year 2017 for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue patta in his name.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that based on the petitioner's application, enquiry has been contemplated by the first respondent and the same has been concluded, however, no order has been passed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that the second respondent is equipped with the sale deed dated 13.07.2008.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional 2/4

Government Pleader that enquiry has been contemplated by the first respondent and the same has been concluded, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
