ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a civil suit in O.S.No.1242 of 2022 and the same is pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ottanchathiram.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.150 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that subsequently the petitioner has given a complaint before the first respondent and the third respondent has given a complaint before the CM cell and the first respondent and both the complaints were forwarded to the second respondent and are now pending in current paper for enquiry. 2/4

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
