ORDER:- These Criminal Original Petitions are coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter of II Additional District Judge, Principal District Judge (FAC), Tiruchirappalli in D.No. 2158/2020/HC(J), dated 09.03.2020, this Court made the following order:

By a common order dated 30.10.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the cases in S.T.C.Nos.138, 139 & 140 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.2158/2020/HC (J), dated 09.03.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 30.10.2019, made in these Criminal Original Petitions. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 30.10.2019, made in these Criminal Original Petitions.
