For Petitioners : Mr.Manoj For R1 & R-2 : Mr.SS.Madhavan, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioners under the complaint allegedly given by respondent Nos.3 to 5.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the wall of a room of the petitioners' house was collapsed and when the petitioners intended to reconstruct the said wall, respondent Nos.3 to 5 made a false complaint, basing on which, the respondent Police have been harassing the petitioners, therefore, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate, on the other hand, submits that, the complaint filed by respondent Nos.3 to 5 was registered as a Current Paper on 27.06.2023, basing on which, enquiry was conducted and after realizing that the 2/4

dispute between the petitioners and respondent Nos.3 to 5 is civil in nature, the said enquiry was closed on 06.07.2023.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides, since the complaint filed by respondent Nos.3 to 5 has already been closed, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
