O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 18.06.2024 in W.P(MD)No.12911 of 2024 in true letter and spirit.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order of this Court, the respondent passed an order dated 21.02.2025 and it was communicated to the petitioner on 24.02.2024.

3. In fact, while disposing the writ petition, the court directed the respondents therein to reconsider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders afresh in the same. It is made it clear that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the order to be passed by the respondent, liberty was granted to him to challenge the same.

4. In view of the fact that the respondent passed the order on 21.02.2025 following the order of this Court, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.
