ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 02.03.2016 with a consequential direction to permit the petitioner to work in the present place i.e., S.M.S.S. Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Shencottai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the challenge in this Writ Petition is the transfer order. Pending Writ Petition, the petitioner was transferred and working in the transferred place. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the prayer in this Writ Petition becomes infructuous and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
