Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the authorization dated 22.01.2017 given by the Executive Committee of the Educational Agency of Thamilavel Uma Maheswaranar Karanthai Arts College, Karanthai, Thanjavur - 613 002, quashing the same and consequently directing the third respondent to carry out the functions of the Secretary of the College Committee till the approval is given by the second respondent for a nomination of the person to be the Secretary of the College for the unexpired period upto 22.10.2018 and for further periods thereafter.
