PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pay the arrears of monetary benefits w.e.f., 01.08.2018 for Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) Promotion awarded to the petitioner by implementing the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in RC.No.7986/A2/2023-4, dated 11.01.2024 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed by an Assistant Professor working in Mathematics Department of a Private Aided College, seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent for implementing the order dated 11.01.2024.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) benefits were conferred upon the writ petitioner with effect from 07.12.2017 and the monetary benefits with effect from 01.08.2018 by the order of the second respondent. However, the said 2/5
order is yet to be implemented and the monetary benefits have not been disbursed. Seeking the said benefits, the petitioner has addressed a communication to the respondents 2 and 3 on 18.03.2024. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to implement his orders dated 11.01.2024, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of There shall be no order as to costs.
