Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in Na.Ka.A.1/75/2016-2 dated 09.10.2019 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and in consequence thereof direct the second respondent to disburse the compensation to the petitioner for the property comprised in S.F.No.120/3 and 121/1 of Kottakudi Village, Sivagangai Taluk and District.
