ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2019.
2.Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.The petitioner is a licensed cracker shop owner. He apprehends that during Deepavali season, unauthorised persons will sell crackers in platforms. Such street vending business should be prohibited and to that effect, he made a representation to the respondents and seeking direction to dispose of the same, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent had already taken action in this regard and sent a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.22430 of 2019 complaint dated 17.10.2019 in Na.Ka.No.A5/2680/2019 to the Inspector of Police, Thiruppathur.
5.In view of the action taken by the second respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
