PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Lr.No. 047366/5740/F.40/F.401/2017 dated 20.02.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to disburse the medical expenses a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in the light of board proceedings in (PER) FB.TANGEDCO Proceedings No.18 dated 18.05.2015, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

On the last hearing date i.e., on 14.08.2024, a representation was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is dead. It was made clear in the order dated 14.08.2024 that if an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner is not filed before

the next hearing date i.e., today, this writ petition shall stand dismissed as abated automatically.

2. Today, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the previous hearing date i.e., 14.08.2024, a communication was sent to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, but, till date, no response is received from them.

3. In view of the same and in accordance with the order dated 14.08.2024, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 09.09.2024 NCC :
