This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 272 of 2021 on the file of the 1st Respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 272 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai and taken on file as STC No.260 of 2022. 3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
