2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents submits that on completion of investigation in Crime No.257 of 2024, the final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri and the same has also been taken on file in PRC No.100 of 2025 and the case stands posted to 14.10.2025 for the appearance of the accused. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
