RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.7128 of 2019 in Crl.A (MD)No.358 of 2019 dated 30.08.2019 on the file of this Hon'ble Cout.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7128 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.358 of 2019 on 30.08.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7128 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.358 of 2019 on 30.08.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.9209 of 2019 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7128 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.358 of 2019 on 30.08.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
